Wampold Companies is proud to announce that it is moving forward with the development of a luxury hotel on Bluebonnet Boulevard, one-mile south of the I-10 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The project, which originally began construction in 2007, was delayed due to the changing economy.

| The 206,000-square-foot, 8-acre property (formerly an unfinished Jimmy Swaggart Ministries building) will front Bluebonnet Boulevard and Anselmo Lane. It is conveniently located between the Mall of Louisiana, a major regional shopping mall, and Perkins Rowe, a new, upscale lifestyle center. |
| The new hotel will initially generate over 500 construction jobs and the final hotel will create 150 permanent positions in the greater Baton Rouge area. |
